Boys were able to sneak into a girls' dormitory at the Don Dale centre in Darwin after dark. "About six inmates" - aged between 15 and 17 - took part in the Valentine's Day orgy, the Northern Territory News was told yesterday. Police were brought in to question the inmates. A Territory mother said she was "furious" when her 15-year-old son - who is serving three months for a minor crime - told her he had taken part in the jailhouse sex escapade. "He told me that they had all had sex in the one room - it was a big Valentine's Day sex romp," the 31-year-old mother said. "The staff on duty that night left the doors open. "My son said that police had come in and questioned him and some of the girls involved. "I was furious. No parents have been contacted about this - it had all been kept very hush-hush." The mother said she rang detention centre general manager Peter Curwen-Walker to demand why she had not been told about the orgy. "He said a few parents had contacted him about it - he said the incident had definitely occurred. "He blamed it on staff-to-juvenile ratio but he really couldn't explain how it had happened," she said. Mr Curwen-Walker told the Northern Territory News that he was not able to discuss the details of individual detainees, but said that one juvenile allegedly involved in the sex romp had been questioned by police. "I can confirm that a detainee has alleged that an incident involving consensual sexual intercourse has taken place within one of the bedrooms at the Don Dale Centre involving two detainees," he said. "The matter was referred to the police as soon as the allegation was made." He said police had spoken to two detainees. Mr Curwen-Walker said management at Don Dale Centre had treated the report with "great concern". The mother said her son and the other teens had laughed off the orgy as "fun and games". But she said several parents were now "in talks" with a lawyer about possibly taking civil action. "One father of a girl involved said he was going to sue the pants off them," the mother said. 11:21 am	14-year-old boy charged with rape Thursday Jan 10 10:34 AEDT A 14-year-boy has been charged with raping a 13-year-old boy at a public toilet on Adelaide's southern foreshore. The victim was allegedly raped at a toilet near a skate park at Port Noarlunga South last Sunday. 12:54 pm	AUSTRALIAN cricket fans racially taunted Indian supporters at the MCG yesterday despite Cricket Australia's zero-tolerance policy. And police and security staff did not eject any fans despite the Australian supporters shouting "Show us your visas, show us your visas" at their Indian counterparts and being within metres of the potentially explosive incident. Indian fans spoken to by the Herald Sun described the chant as "offensive, ugly and racist". One said the chant created "a potentially explosive situation". They were backed by Australian fans who said that those responsible should have been thrown out of the ground. "That is racist," said Heath Robbins, 22, of Geelong. "It is attacking a person's country and they should be kicked out of the ground as they should for any offensive behaviour to any other people," he said. The Herald Sun was interviewing Mr Robbins and his friend Kirk Matheson, 20, who were in the old Bay 13 area when the chant went up. Up until the chant began, there had been good-natured banter between the two groups but the Indians' mood changed when the "visa" taunt started. More than 100 Indian supporters sat stony-faced and silent during the chant. Numerous supporters said they were offended by the taunt, branding it racist. "Everyone feels offended when they are attacked on the basis of their residency or where we came from," said an Indian supporter, who asked not to be named. Another said: "It is racist and yes we are offended. "It is really lucky that it stopped and nothing happened because it was an explosive situation. "Besides, we have Australian residency and we are Australian citizens." Cricket Australia officials and police investigated the incident, with extra security staff and police being dispatched to the old Bay 13 section. Insp Bob Hill said a police senior-sergeant was sent to the area to investigate the incident. "The Indian fans interviewed said they were not offended by the chant so there was no need for anyone to be ejected," Insp Hill said. Cricket Australia spokesman Peter Young said no action could be taken against those involved in the chant because it was not reported to police or security, despite them being within metres of those responsible. "Police have confirmed the chant took place and conducted extensive interviews with both Indian and Australian supporters and they did not find anyone who was offended," Mr Young said. "But we urge anyone who considers comments to be racist to report them to police and security staff. Racism is in the eye of the beholder." Mr Young refused to brand the visa taunt racist, despite the Herald Sun telling him several Indian supporters had been offended. The incident follows a promise by Cricket Australia that racist taunts would not be tolerated and that those using them could be banned from the MCG for life. It also comes after two men dressed as Indians became the first victims of the anti-racism campaign on Boxing Day when their sign -- which said "Supporting India from every corner of the globe", accompanied by a 7-Eleven logo -- was confiscated by police. Some 63 people were ejected from yesterday's crowd of 44,691. Another eight were arrested for being drunk and two charged with assault on another patron. Claire Lyte, 29, from the West Midlands, was found guilty last month on four of five counts of sexual activity with the child, now 15. She was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court to two years and nine months in prison and disqualified from working with children. During the trial, the court heard that the girl's mother found the pair in bed together having sex. Lyte also wore the girl's underwear and shared a bed with her during tournaments, the jury heard. The former Wimbledon player started the relationship while working at a prestigious tennis academy in Loughborough in 2005. Despite being repeatedly warned by managers not to get too close to the girl, Lyte continued seeing her. In October 2005, she drove the teenager home after a tennis tournament and they ended up in bed. The girl's mother returned home to find them having sex. She allowed her daughter to continue visiting the tennis academy and it was only 10 months later that a complaint was made to the police. The coach argued she was the victim of a vindictive mother who had made up the allegations, but the jury rejected that argument. Lyte was named Britain's young coach of the year by the Lawn Tennis Association in 2001 and was once ranked among the world's top 500 players. 7:57 am	Two 10-year-old boys and an 11-year-old girl have swallowed ecstasy tablets while at a primary school south of Wollongong, police believe. The children, from Windang Public School, experienced dizziness and an elevated heart rate soon after they each swallowed a tablet at lunchtime, Chief Inspector Bob Noble from Lake Illawarra local area command said. "Our preliminary investigation suggests that a student brought some tablets to school," Chief Inspector Noble said. "From there, a couple of students were given tablets by this student [and the] suggestion is they were told the tablets were lollies." The tablets are believed to have "tasted like strawberries", Chief Inspector Noble said. "I don't know whether they tasted like strawberries, but they didn't have the same effect as a fruit tingle," he said. "Once the students started to feel ill they alerted a teacher and were taken to [Shellharbour] Hospital." The children did not experience any loss of consciousness, and were released from hospital last night, he said. Police believe the tablets were ecstasy - a view supported by preliminary tests of the tablets, Chief Inspector Noble said. Further testing will take place today. There was no suggestion the tablets were sold to anyone at the school, Chief Inspector Noble said. "It doesn't appear that people are peddling drugs to school kids [but] we are very concerned about where the student or students obtained the tablets," he said. "People aren't supposed to have illicit drugs in any case, but ones that do should be careful about where they store them - this girl got them from somewhere." It was fortunate the children did not suffer more serious health effects from taking the tablets, he said. NSW Education Department Illawarra spokesman Grahame Kennedy said it was understood the girl brought the substance to the school and shared it with the two boys. "It's a very unusual and rare event in our schools anywhere but in a primary school it's totally unfamiliar," Mr Kennedy told Southern Cross Broadcasting. "The students had the common sense to go up to the front office and get some help. The staff knew exactly what to do and immediately took the appropriate action," he said. Police will speak to the children involved in the incident today. A criminal investigation has also been launched. The incident follows a a warning from police last week about a highly toxic amphetamine being sold as the drug ecstasy. A small number of the tablets, which have a Chanel logo or Pacman symbol, are not MDMA, or ecstasy, but paramethoxyamphetamine, or PMA, a potentially toxic hallucinogen responsible for at least six other deaths in Australia since 1995. source: Yahoo! 7:49 am	humans are fucking fucked Teens accused of bashing elderly woman Two teenagers have been charged over the assault and robbery of an 83-year-old woman which left her with three broken ribs. The woman was returning home from a supermarket on Goulburn Street at Liverpool, in Sydney's south-west, when she was attacked about 3.30pm (AEST) on Sunday, police said. Her alleged assailant had been standing with about five men outside a unit block across the street before the attack. The woman told police her attacker said nothing as he broke from the group, crossed the street and punched her in the chest, breaking three ribs and knocking her unconscious. The man then grabbed the woman's shopping bag, which held groceries and about $18 inside her purse, before he fled along Goulburn Street. The 83-year-old remains in Liverpool Hospital where she is being for treated for her broken ribs. Following a public appeal for information, detectives raided premises at Warwick and Lurnea and arrested two males, aged 16 and 17. Both have been charged with aggravated robbery in company and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm. They will appear at Campbelltown Children's Court later on Friday. Police went to Pittwater Road, Narrabeen, at about 11.30pm (AEST) on Saturday after reports of a stabbing incident, and found a man lying on the footpath with multiple wounds. He was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where he died.
